THE TASK
VPS needed a modern redesign of its internal and client-facing Reporting Tool—a critical application used daily to track deposits, pending transactions, and chargebacks. The existing interface was dated and cramped, making it difficult for users to efficiently extract the data they needed.

I designed and coded a responsive front-end experience with an updated UI that felt clean and modern while retaining key familiar patterns. The extensive reporting table now includes a horizontal scroll feature with visual indicators, ensuring no data points are missed on smaller screens. The new branding was incorporated in a subtle, user-friendly way that honored the tool’s established look and feel.
RESULTS
Client feedback praised the redesign for being intuitive and significantly easier to use. Internal account managers, who had long requested improvements, noted increased efficiency and satisfaction. The tool continues to serve as a vital daily resource for both VPS staff and government clients alike.
