Detailed Report

Purpose: The Detailed Report shows the individual cart items details for those credit, debit, eCheck and wallet payments processed including who the payment belongs to, completed during the chosen date range for the selected department.

How to generate your report:

Select the department you are requesting data. Only one may be selected.
Enter your start and end dates. You can either select a date from the calendar by clicking inside the field, or you can enter the information using your keyboard. Note that if viewing online, running the Detailed Report has a maximum range of 30 days.
(Optional) Entering an "Amount" will allow the report to search for transactions equal to that number.
(Optional) “Confirmation Number” will allow the user to limit the search to payments with a specific confirmation number.
(Optional) Entering the last four (4) digits of an Account Number will generate a report for that specific card.
(Optional) In order to generate a report with specific payment methods, including card brand or eCheck, choose from the “Payment Method” dropdown list.
(Optional) Choose the transaction’s status by using the “Payment Status” dropdown list.

a. Choose “All” to view all payment status.
b. Choose “Approved” to report only transactions that were accepted by the card company or eChecks approved by the bank.
c. Choose “Declined” to view only transactions that were rejected by the card company.
d. Choose “Original Refund Trans” to view only refunded transactions.
e. Choose “Voided” to view only voided transactions.

(Optional) Use the Report Output dropdown list to choose how to view the report.

a. Choose “View Online” to have the report appear in the browser window. Date ranges that exceed 30 days will not be available online; plesae select “Download” or “Email”.
b. Choose “Download” to have the report saved to your computer as an Excel file.
c. Choose “Email” to have the report sent to your default email address as an Excel file. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

(Optional) Enter “First” or “Last Name” in order to limit search by payers’ name.
(Optional) Enter a “Unique Identifier” in order to search by exact accounts.
Click RUN REPORT generate this report, or click on “Clear” to return all fields to their default state.
